High Tech Auto Repair

I took my vehicle to them on 5/22 for a noise coming from my back brakes. I told the owner that less than a year ago I had the brakes and rotors replaced, showed him the receipt from the previous auto shop. I Left my car and was called and told my car was complete. The owner told me I needed brakes and rotors. I didn’t agree but he assured me that was the problem. I paid $200 plus on this day. Fast forward to Friday 7/14 I took my vehicle back because the same sound was coming from my rear brakes again. I spoke to the owner and he had my car pulled in to check it out after waiting a while. I was told it was my brakes again and they would honor my warranty but “don’t bring my vehicle back”. M…

They have bad customer service they don’t update you on your car.. they said my car needed a whole new engine and the guy barely looked at it and never worked on it.. they never helped with finding the right engine just to make sure it was a good one and nothing goes wrong..my car has been sitting for a whole month.. they also have lots of other cars just sitting on the sides of the street probably not being worked on either.. I wouldn’t recommend going to them..

Great work and even stayed after hours to fix my problem that I desperately needed. It was my 1st time going but it won't be my last. I Highly recommended them. Luis is awesome!

I was in Fort Wayne for a tattoo appointment I drove an hour and a half for. My brake light was coming on my way to Fort Wayne and gave me anxiety. This was the closest shop I was to, and I’m glad I was. Everyone was so helpful. I never got the front desk lady’s name but she was so nice and informative. (With cute nails!) mechanic’s worked fast on my car the same day and I was able to get home anxiety-free! And they had a friendly shop cat who we spent most of time waiting with!!

Such a wonderful auto repair shop! Everyone was so helpful in assisting in getting my car diagnosed quickly and letting me know what would need done. They also arranged a tow for me with the most kind affordable tow company Ive ever used here in Fort wayne. My vehicle was to the shop within a hour of me calling during rush hour. I completely trust them with my vehicle and think they are a honest group of mechanics. I didn't mind the waiting area either, there was a very sweet cat that kept me company and it seemed like a real community centered shop which I loved, everyone that came in, customer and worker were warm and welcoming.
