Friendly, transparent, clearly explained options, although they could have talked me into a more expensive "solution." I went here before for another reason but the symptom didn't reoccur for them for several days, so they couldn't diagnose. However, they didn't try to insist on fixing something based on a guess. Today was different and I’m just convinced that all mechanics make some or little mistakes but I just need them to own up . As for me I know my car and I know when to admit if I did something. SMH other than that I will continue to take my car to them but always keep documents on person working on car .
