I was stranded in Fort Wayne after a trip to Bloomington as my wheel got dangerously wobbly on my way back to Michigan. Tammy was incredible helpful and thoughtful about my situation and made sure that I both got my car fixed on a busy day and got out and on the road by 2 pm. The people at Meineke made my day after a rough situation and had incredible customer service!

Horrible customer service. For the 2nd week in a row we walked in to drop off our van only to be told "I'm sorry, but we have a technician out so we'll have to reschedule. Tammy is simple amazing. She is always smiling and takes her time with each customer. She goes over the work completed plus shows you pictures of said work. Yes, they recommend future work so the client knows exactly what is needed. They provide pictures as backup. Tammy answers every question you have. They are always helpful and share a thorough evaluation of work needed now vs later, cost estimates, and even pictures/videos. I love being able to schedule online, too. Once they even helped me no charge with something that took 2 seconds to fix, as a new customer (smart!) I will be back.

On December 20th at 8 am I left our Nissan Frontier for the Drivability system Testing ($155), which lasted about 3 hr. Then we received a link and chose what we'd want to repair. At 5 pm I got our car back with Replaced Air Fuel Ratio Sensor ($1,146) and Replaced Serpentine Belt ($163). Overall we were satisfied with the service.
