We had to have a Lexus looked at after a collision repair, Kori was very professional and kept us informed of the process while the vehicle was there. Got the vehicle completed very quickly as well. will continue to use them for any sublet work we need done on Lexus vehicles.

Fantastic service department at Lexus of Fort Wayne. Cesar, Kori, and the rest of the staff always take great care of me, and I know my car is in good hands every time I bring it in. Excellent service! I was greeted upon entry and welcomed. Although I was only scheduled for a tire rotation, the manager noticed I was afforded an oil change due to the warranty, as well as a software update, and he took the extra time to have all 3 completed. I was offered a loaner car, but I chose to relax in the comfortable lounge. Best service ever!
