Took my car in first thing in the morning, and within a couple of hours my car was already getting worked on. Very professional, nice gentleman working in there. Shuttle service picked me up after work and I got my car! Thrilled with my service today. Will be recommending.

I called to get my tire checked after finding a screw in the tread Friday late afternoon & they said to stop by & they would fit me in. It did need replaced under warranty, but they had to drive to another store to get one within an hour of them closing. They went above and beyond to make sure I got fixed up even though I gave them an out & it could wait till they reopened on Tuesday after Memorial Day. I call that great customer service! Had a wonderful experience here. It was after hours and their mechanics had just left for the day. 3 of my wheel studs had broken off my Jeep. I went in and asked and not only did they agree to look at it, they fixed it for me so I could get home which is 2 hours away. First class, clean, organized facility and so friendly. Never had such a good experience like this and I have been around mechanics and garages my whole life. Oh, and did I mention, when I asked to see the bill, they said don't worry about it, we just wanted to make sure you got home safely! Wow...

I appreciated being able to get my vehicle in for service in a timely manner. I dropped off my vehicle the night before so that they could start working on it first thing the next morning. Early that next day, I started getting text notifications as to the status of my car -and the texts continued throughout the process. The technicians were thorough in their assessment of issues and I got out of there for less $$ than I expected. I appreciated a final text that contained information about all aspects of their service along with pictures supporting their findings. I was impressed with that level of technology.

The staff at this location is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They take the time to go over the inspection with you and will break it down and let you know what is more crucial to do soon and what can wait until your next oil change or after. This is great when you are trying to fit car repairs in your budget.
