Gerber Collision & Glass

Updated Review I’m updating my original review, which was very negative, to reflect the outstanding service we’ve received since then. After sharing our concerns, Adam personally reached out and went above and beyond to make everything right. The team addressed all of our issues promptly and professionally, and truly turned the situation around. We’re grateful for the extra care and effort they put in to ensure we were satisfied. Thank you, Adam, for taking care of everything and restoring our confidence in Gerber Collision!

Was very pleased in the service. They kept me informed through all the steps via text message and the work turned out very well no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone needing good quality service!

I brought my car in for an estimate, they got me in fast, they worked with my insurance company and the rental car company, and everything went so smooth! My car looks great! They communicated every step of the way. Customer service was top notch. Thanks for the great service! I would like to also mention Riley was knowledgeable and friendly!

I like this place. nice workers. its cool they got a vending machine

They initially gave me an 8 day repair quote for the dent I had…then changed it to 16 days once they had had my car for a week. Unfortunately, since it’s my only car I had to pick it up and bring it back months later when more techs were able to work. However, they did compensate me for the trouble and even detailed my car for pickup when the repairs were complete. The manager, Austin, was great to work with.
