This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. They took a look at my vehicle and let me know they could not fix it. It was a transmission issue with a Subaru. They didn't even charge me for looking at the car and recommended places I could take it. Will bring my vehicles here in the future.

Eric and his team are the real deal! He is very thorough in his diagnosis, so that you’re only getting the work done that you definitely need. I just bought a used a car and he got it fixed up to where it needs to be at a VERY reasonable price. South Gate Automotive just might be the best auto repair shop in the Fort Wayne area. The owner, Eric, has the perfect balance of knowledge, experience, and common sense. We took my daughter’s car to 3 different places and no one could diagnose it exactly except for one estimate for at least $3,250+. Eric fixed it in one day for less than $300. Great job.
