Ward Stevens Automotive

We've used Ward Stevens on three occasions and will use them again in the future. We appreciate the kindness and thorough explanations of the issues we were having. The pictures provided are a nice visual of the problems. David has been great to work with and we feel we are being guided correctly and honestly. We were told what they felt was a priority and what really didn't need fixed. We definitely don't like having car issues, but it's comforting knowing we have a place to go to when the time comes.

Very polite and knowledgeable! Got my car back quickly and everything was done to perfection. Prices are great and didn't get pestered about air filters or other misc stuff. Very comprehensive inspection report. Would highly recommend them.

What a great and reliable mechanic shop! As a woman and mother (with my kids in tow), I felt safe, heard, and respected. They were prompt and thorough with my oil change and tire rotation. They did not make me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me by telling me my car needs lots of extra unnecessary things done. I’m so glad to have this place in my back pocket now! I will be sharing this gem of a place with my family and friends. I will be back!

I feel as if I have finally landed somewhere safe and competent. After making my rounds with mechanics and knowing very little about my vehicle I have finally found a location that I have experienced incredible levels of integrity and professionalism. They've been kind and thoughtful with me and I feel secure in saying this will be a long-term location for my vehicles and my children's future vehicles. Thank you David thank you Dan!

I took my Mercedes in for oil and ac service. The place is clean, service is excellent. Dan, David and Aiden will continue the Ward legacy for many years to come. High skilled service at a very reasonably price. I highly recommend Ward Service Automotive
