Woodward Automotive

I was visiting Fort Wayne on a Friday afternoon when the alternator in my 2009 Honda gave out. I was able to pull into an AutoZone where they diagnosed the issue, provided me a refurbished alternator they had in stock, and then referred me to Curtis Woodward (Woodward Automotive). I called Curtis up and he was able to tow me to his shop and then install the alternator that afternoon! And all at a very reasonable price. The next day I made the 3 hour drive home without any issues. The car still runs and the battery stays charged. If I lived in Fort Wayne I would definitely go back to Woodward Automotive for all future repairs!

Amazing customer service! My alternator went out and the Woodward crew went above and beyond to help me. I wish I had asked the guy's name because I am super grateful for him. Although they had replaced the alternator, by the time I went to pick up my car after the holidays, my car wouldn't start. The guy quickly dropped what he was doing and went to jump my battery. He immediately warned me that even though he could tell I had recently replaced my battery, that it was completely drained when he jumped it. Shoutout to Curtis and Big O out at woodward automotive! The service was more than hospitable, they treated us like family as they worked on my car. Curtis walked me through all the possible concerns and positive aspects of my vehicle soon to be purchased. 100/10 experience, would recommend anyone that wants a quality experience.

Had my check engine light on, they diagnosed the issue(s) and provided a quote. Woodward did a great job. Kept to the quoted amount and communicated any changes in a timely manner. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I've had work done by Curtis and it's always done in a timely fashion and he never overcharges. He's also helped family members that I've sent to his shop and they were all very satisfied. very honest mechanic. I've never met a mechanic who tries to help you do things the least expensive way for you. He's not money hungry and genuinely cares for people.
